Optional Garlic Fries:

  • 1 teaspoon Cavendar's Greek seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon parsley and minced garlic

Equipment

  • Skillet or grill pan
  • Mixing bowl
  • Cutting board
  • Chef's knife

Method

  1. Season chicken with olive oil and seasonings.
  2. Cook chicken until fully cooked and lightly browned.
  3. Allow chicken to rest before slicing or chopping.
  4. In a large bowl, toss romaine, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, tomatoes, and croutons.
  5. Toast sandwich rolls.
  6. Fill each roll with chicken and Caesar salad mixture.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. Prepare garlic fries according to package directions and season with garlic powder and parsley.

Notes

• Toss the salad immediately before assembling for maximum freshness.
• Toasting the rolls helps prevent the dressing from soaking into the bread.
• Grilled chicken works just as well as skillet-cooked chicken.
• Add bacon for an extra layer of flavor.
• Best enjoyed fresh after assembly.
