Easy Broccoli Beef with Jasmine Rice

Cubed ribeye, broccoli, white onion, and jasmine rice make this Broccoli Beef & Jasmine Rice feel like takeout comfort with a stronger homemade edge. The beef gets seasoned first, then finished in a glossy soy, hoisin, honey, brown sugar, and ginger sauce that coats every bite without drowning the bowl.

Why This Recipe Works

The beef gets seasoned first.

The sauce thickens enough to coat instead of pooling.

Broccoli stays bright and keeps texture.

Jasmine rice balances everything out.

Flavor Notes

Savory soy.

Sweet honey.

Rich ribeye.

Fresh ginger.

Tender broccoli.

Glossy finish.

Reynaldo’s Cocina Tip 📍

Cook the beef first.

Build the sauce second.

Add broccoli near the end.

That keeps everything from turning soft.
