Apple Cider–Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Maple Whipped Sweet Potatoes & Roasted Root Vegetables

Apple Cider Glazed Pork Tenderloin brings juicy oven-roasted pork, a buttery cider glaze, maple whipped sweet potatoes, and roasted vegetables together in one cozy dinner plate. Sweet, savory, creamy, and balanced, it feels special enough for the weekend but still realistic enough to make at home.

WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS

  • Pork tenderloin cooks quickly while staying tender
  • Apple cider glaze adds sweetness without becoming dessert-like
  • Dijon and garlic balance richness
  • Roasted vegetables add texture and color
  • Maple whipped sweet potatoes create contrast and comfort

FLAVOR NOTES

Expect buttery richness first.

Then the apple cider glaze brings subtle sweetness, warm cinnamon notes, herbs, garlic, and just enough acidity to keep everything balanced.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Serve with:

  • Homemade Apple Cider Muffins
  • Extra glaze spooned over sliced pork
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Warm dinner rolls
  • Sparkling apple cider

STORAGE + REHEATING

Store pork and sides separately.

Reheat pork covered at 300°F for 10–12 minutes.

Warm glaze separately and spoon over before serving.

Sweet potatoes reheat best with a splash of milk and small pat of butter.

Method

  3. Season with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Toss until evenly coated.

  20. Whisk in butter until smooth.
  21. Slice the rested pork tenderloin.
  22. Spoon the apple cider glaze over the top.

Notes

• Reduce the glaze until glossy and lightly thickened instead of thin and watery.
• Rest the pork before slicing for better texture and moisture.
• Keep the maple whipped sweet potatoes balanced so they are rich but not dessert sweet.
• Cinnamon and nutmeg should support the sweet potatoes without overpowering them.
